4K a year 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago The primary duty of this position is to assist the Quality and Safety Managers in the daily operations of each department and support general quality and safety functions.
Essential Functions/Key Accountabilities:
Follow direction provided by supervisor or designee.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures and policies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and McLanahan equipment as required.
Represent McLanahan Corporation in a positive manner both internally and externally while adhering to the organization's core values.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide ISO support, document review and Control/Gemba walks.
Review Nonconformances and process them accordingly.
Create and follow up with Corrective Actions to Nonconformances.
Analyze historical quality and safety data (warranty, NCMs, goodwill, injuries, near misses, etc.
).
Review/ensure ITPs and inspection plans are followed up on.
Maintain the shops' Quality and Safety information displaying system (OptiSign).
Analyze the organization's safety software (KPA).
Monitor and update the supply chain risk management softwares (Avetta and ISN) to meet customer requirements.
Collect and review safety Observation/Feedback cards.
Review controlled safety documents.
Monitor environmental permit requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent work ethics and willingness to make suggestions to improve the work environment.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational/Other Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience in an office or manufacturing environment Bachelor's or technical degree preferred; or other sufficient training/experience.
Competencies/ Knowledge/Attributes:
Excellent proficiency utilizing MS Office products.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Prior experience working in a Lean manufacturing/ISO environment.
Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
