Lead Stuckey Automotive Service and Parts to ensure growth, sales revenue targets, and Focus on Extraordinary Customer Service and Be the inspirational and motivational leader of leaders and associates.

Lead the Service Department including Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Manager, and Parts team members.
Coordinate with other department managers to ensure total customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the ownership cycle.
Ensure all dealership and manufacturer processes are followed (Walkarounds, MPI's, Etc.
) Ensure all minimum standards regarding HPRO, Effective labor rate, and gross %'s are obtained and maintained.
Oversees administration of warranty claims.
Must maintain CSI at or above Company standards.
Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Provide proper level of accountability and oversight of inventories, receivables, and all financial aspects of the service department.
Work along with Human Resources, and Fixed Operations Director to hire and make disciplinary decisions about Service team members.
Implement and determine department wide initial and ongoing training.
Monitor all operations for safety - make changes as necessary and/or needed.
Provide ultimate customer concern resolution.
Oversee all financial transactions related to parts and service including manufacturer invoices, warranty receivables, and all vendor accounts.
Required to control expenses and maintain the profitability of Service and Parts Work with General Manager and Fixed Operations Director on development of Marketing initiatives Work with factory reps to meet factory goals.
Problem Solving Skill Perform weekly facility and customer privacy cross checks.
