Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Salesperson, your main goal will be to assist customers through the car buying process and ensure their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and understanding their automotive needs.
Providing detailed information about available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Conducting test drives and showcasing vehicle capabilities.
Assisting customers with financing options and explaining lease/purchase terms.
Negotiating pricing and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Staying up-to-date with automotive industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
