Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point-of-contact and adhere our efficient and effective processes Meet and exceed attainable sales quota set by our sales managers Build and maintain a book of business through continuous prospecting, in and out of the dealership Use a CRM to manage customer base; target prospects and follow-up accordingly Create and manage a professional Facebook page Work with finance and management to properly build deal folders Shadow department experts to create opportunities to upsell additional services and products Offer a complete shopping experience by introducing customers to service advisors Take advantage of resources and training made available by OEMs and dealership Stay abreast on the latest technologies and news in the automotive industry Foster open and honest relationships with team and management Exercise leadership skills to mentor team members Qualifications Skills/Requirements:
Completion of Business Administration or Automotive coursework preferred Proficient knowledge of CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean, polished appearance becoming of our sales team Must submit to and pass a background check and drug test Must have a valid PA-issued Driver's License Our company is one that constantly evolves.
