Aggregate Processing Division
The Division Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the division with a focus on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, performance management and oversight of key accounts. The manager will provide leadership and direction to the sales, engineering, customer service, project management and service teams. Domestic and international travel is required.
This position will be based in Hollidaysburg, Pa. and will report directly to the President and COO. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; seven years of progressively increasing roles of responsibility in the aggregate industry; and supervisory experience.
The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, formal presentation skills, a desire to work in a team-based work environment, and a track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and customers
